The Kat McDavitt Physician Mother’s Fund is dedicated to assisting front line health care workers (Physicians) obtain high quality childcare to allow them to work.

Kat McDavitt has a long history of work with healthcare companies. The Fund sprang from the question: How would you like to help reduce physician burnout?

Her answer? Help physicians get childcare so they can work.

“Having high-quality childcare has been a game changer for my career. I've been lucky. I want to pay it forward while we work toward a society where all women can have the opportunity to pursue their careers and know their children are receiving the best care.”
