Juli Heitman

Juli Heitman, Customer Success and Quality Manager at Motient, graduated with her BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in 1999. Early on in her career, she knew she wanted to work with critically ill adult patients and enjoyed the challenge of working with complex patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes. Her passion for critical care expanded, and in 2010 she graduated with her MSN in Nursing Education. She worked in the hospital setting as a nurse educator specializing in critical care and enjoyed sharing her passion with nursing students as an adjunct at various nursing schools. As payment models evolved, Juli deepened her knowledge and experience in quality improvement science and value-based care. In 2018, she completed a post-masters certificate in Health Care Quality from George Washington University. Outside of work, Juli spends time with her family, camping and caring for their many pets.
