Rachael Jones, SVP of Performance Analytics & Quality, is an expert in her field, having previously served as VP of Growth and Account Management at Anthem (where she served for more than 9 years) and various other roles where she worked directly with physicians, hospital leaders, and health plans, guiding them through challenges and helping them engage with members, patients, and physicians.
