Rodina Bizri-Baryak is recognized as a pioneer in change management strategies and process improvement in the healthcare industry. As Tegria’s Director of Patient Access and Technology, she develops human-centric approaches for managing patient access and the coordination of care, always striking a balance between efficiency, high-touch and automation. Rodina has deep knowledge and practical experience in healthcare analytics, call center operations, change management, strategic planning, development of patient access strategies and deployment of IT initiatives. Prior to transitioning to consulting, Rodina spent eight years at the Cleveland Clinic, ultimately serving as director of the access center. She established and grew an innovative appointment center that served 21 facilities and helped to increase patient volume by 10 percent. Rodina has since designed efficient and human-centric workflows for many other organizations making the shift from decentralized patient access models to centralized and technologically empowered models. Rodina earned her MBA with a concentration in international management from Baldwin Wallace University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in healthcare administration at Central Michigan University. She enjoys learning languages and speaks Arabic, French, Spanish and English.
